I am a Licensed Conveyancer and a Chartered Legal Executive based in Chelmsford, Essex, providing conveyancing services through Taylor Rose Limited as a self-employed consultant.
Working with me, you can expect a much more personal service. You will have direct contact with me from quote stage through to completion.
My Story
Having lived most of my life in Brentwood and Chelmsford, my desire is to keep local to Essex and the surrounding area. Subject to availability, I may even be able to come visit you at home to gather what I need to prepare the draft contract pack for your sale, or to go through the paperwork you need to sign in readiness for exchange. That said, if you are elsewhere in England and Wales, or if you are relocating outside the area, I can still help you.
I have over 10 years' experience in conveyancing, dealing with a wide range of property matters. I can help you with both registered and unregistered sales and purchases, whether you are a first-time buyer, moving home or a limited company managing your property portfolio. If you need to remortgage or looking to do a transfer of equity, I can also help you with that.
Achieving your needs and goals as quickly as possible is important to me. My service is very thorough and conscientious, and so in addition to meeting your needs, I am always making sure that your interests are protected. In 2024, I was nominated in the British Conveyancing Awards for the category ‘Consultant Solicitor of the Year’ and came second, as highly recommended.
